Service Terms
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These Service Terms govern a funeral home’s use of the Forever Reflect hosted website, obituary publishing, staff, domain, analytics, and billing services. By creating an account, the customer confirms that it is acting for a business and has authority to accept these terms.
Service and accounts
Each customer receives a managed WordPress Multisite website. The customer is responsible for its staff accounts, uploaded material, legal notices, domain records, third-party links, and the accuracy and lawfulness of published obituary information.
Pricing and payment authorization
The platform fee is $500 per year unless a written order or valid promotional trial states otherwise. Each obituary is billed once at $20 when it is first publicly published. Obituary charges accumulate during the calendar month in the America/Chicago timezone and are automatically invoiced after month end.
The customer authorizes Forever Reflect and Stripe to store and charge the selected payment method for platform fees, obituary usage, applicable taxes, credits, and disclosed adjustments. Stripe processes card information; Forever Reflect does not store complete card numbers.
Failed payments and cancellation
If payment fails, the customer has a 14-day grace period to restore a valid payment method. Existing public content remains online, but new obituary publication may be blocked after the grace period. Customers may manage payment details, invoices, and subscription cancellation through the secure Stripe Customer Portal. A canceled site remains available through its paid-through date and may then be archived.
Customer content
The customer retains its rights in submitted content and grants Forever Reflect permission to host, copy, resize, encode, display, transmit, secure, and back up that content as needed to provide the service. The customer must have permission to publish all submitted text, photographs, media, personal information, and links.
Acceptable use and availability
The service may not be used for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or security-disruptive activity. Forever Reflect may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or protection of the platform and its customers. Maintenance and third-party failures may occasionally affect availability.
Changes and contact
Material changes to pricing or recurring billing terms will be communicated before taking effect as required. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@snowtreecreative.com.
